Blogging is a form like no other. It is a place where you can tie up your thoughts and form your point of view. A place that enables you to clarify what you truly feel and fill in the gaps of your mind.

What street sales taught me.

Sales is a slog. A painful, long, hard slog. This is especially true for street sales.

Many moons ago, I was a street seller for a brand that will remain disclosed. This was my first proper job out of high school and as I had no experience, no degree, and no references I was finding it incredibly difficult to secure work.

So when the first job offer came along, I jumped at the chance. I barely understood anything it entailed, let alone the fact that it was a job solely on commission.
